We are looking to hire new Inside Sales Representatives!

 

Start Virtual is seeking motivated, career-minded individuals to join our team, helping real estate investors reach a new level of success with their businesses. We are currently looking to hire  inside sales representatives that have a background in high ticket sales,  a passion for helping clients achieve their goals and want a more rewarding career and lifestyle for themselves.

We started by catering to real estate investors and agents, with about five VAs in a small home office in the Philippines. After two years, the business exploded to 800+ staff catering to 500+ clients from different industries

Compensation: (You decide what you make! Our sales representatives are pacing to earn  $100k + this year)

 (You are paid commission based upon your sales and closings)

• Average 1-2 sales/week: $1,500 - $3,000/week, $75,000 - $150,000/year
• Above Average 3-5 sales/week: $3,500 - $7,000/week, $180,000 - $350,000/year

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients
• Develop needs-based action plans for our clients
• Respond to and resolve all client inquiries with care
• Adhere to industry and company standards and procedures
• Be detail oriented with reporting and note taking
• Have a commitment to excellence

 

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and understand your worth
• 2 + years of high-ticket sales experience
• Coachable and eager to learn
• A person of integrity that has a passion for helping others achieve their goals
